YOU MAY RETURN FOR EXCHANGE:
(a) All item(s) must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn.
(b) All item(s) must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging, price tags, and labels.
(c) Items that are damaged, marked or found to be manufacturing error is acceptable and new item in good condition or other item with same purchased value will be send back to the customer.
(d) Item(s) purchased does not fit or look good on customer.
YOU MAY NOT RETURN FOR EXCHANGE:
(a) Pre-order item(s)
(b) Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons.
(c) Damaged, soiled, washed, altered, and worn item(s) are not returnable by any chance.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE
If the return tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition, returns will be accepted for store credit only. Return must be post back within:
(a) 5 working days from arrival of package for local delivery.
(b) 10 working days from arrival of package for overseas delivery.
(c) Our working hours are on weekdays from 10 am to 10 pm except Public Holidays. Emails sent outside these hours will be replied on the next working day. On Friday, email after 3pm will be replied on the next working day. Rest assured any inquires will be answered.
(d) For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order id # using subject header "Missing, Defect & Wrong". You may call us at +0194915973 (Mrs. Norfauziana). We will advise you accordingly.
(e) To check the return and refund status, you may contact our customer care center via email at email@example.com again.
